P.O.W. (Punch, Obliques/Core, and Weights) is a 60 minute POWer hour that has it all!! P.O.W. class includes punches, and kicks for cardio, core work and strength training for a full body workout. Class will always end with stretching to POWer down.!

BOXING & BARBELLS
This is an interval class that combines Boxing and Weights for an high intensity and calorie burning class. You will tone, sculpt, lose body fat and and inches for a stronger look. You don't want to miss. MMA gloves are needed.
CORE AND MORE
Core and More is a class designed to strengthen and optimize your core while utilizing your stabilizers and building balance within the whole body. If you're looking to build core strength, improve your balance and develop better stability then this class is for you.
PUSH is a strength-based muscle toning class that is designed to "PUSH" you past your limits. If your looking for a class in which you desire more muscle definition, toning and sculpting then this is the perfect class for you. Equipment used for this class are Body Bars, Dumbbells and Resistance Bands.
Body Fit is a strength class designed to focus on lower body movements mainly using resistance bands, bands and kettlebells. If you're looking to tone up and sculpt your lower body this class is perfect for you.
Gritt is a class designed to condition and strengthen the whole body. The concept of this class is to tone and sculpt the muscles while increasing your cardio using jump ropes, kettle bells and calisthenic exercises for a full body workout!
Drench is a new class that consists of weight specific exercises using the method of low weight high reps. This class is a full body workout designed to sculpt, tone and shred body fat in those hard to reach areas of the body while adding lean muscle. Burn calories while shedding pounds and leave completely DRENCHED!
Rise is our early morning class that is designed to get you starting your day right. The is a strength class that is designed to work full body movements mainly focusing on the upper body. We use resistance bands, kettlebells and dumbbells. Start your morning off right with "Rise".
BOX & BOUNCE
Bounce & Box is a fun and safe, experience including Boxing and Trampoline work that will burn calories with movement that is easy on the joints. This class is for all ages and fitness levels. Be sure to sign up early as we have limited availability (10).
