Our 8 Week Weight Loss Boot Camp is designed to shred the fat while taking your fitness goals to a new level! This is a 8 week program that meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 6:00 am and goes up to an hour. At the end of each camp a winner will be selected based off the highest percentage points loss and be given a FREE one month unlimited pass to Iron Fist Fitness that includes classes and open gym. 8 Week Booty Camp ®

Our 8 Week Boot(Y) Camp is a program designed to give you the booty you’ve always desired. If you have a flat butt, need a lift, want to build more mass or simply need to firm up your glutes, this class is for you! In addition if you suffer from lower back pain our program will strengthen your glutes to help rid the pain. If you fall under any of these categories then sign up in the link below! With your purchase each person will receive an Iron Fist Fitness T-Shirt and an Iron Fist Fitness water bottle. This class meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 10:00 am.
