BARRE
Barre is a combination of movement, balance and strength training to target sets of muscles. The focus is on form and core engagement using high reps and light weights.

YOUTH FIT 
Youth Fit is a 30 minute full body class that consists of circuit training utilizing sports specific exercises designed to build strength, conditioning, endurance and help with injury prevention. WERQ (pronounced "work") is a wildly addictive dance cardio workout! In WERQ we take your favorite top 40 hip hop and pop songs and pair it with fun and easy to follow dance steps that bring your heart rate up and make you sweat!

CORE & MORE
Core & More is a class designed to strengthen and optimize your core while utilizing your stabilizers and building balance within the whole body. If you're looking to build core strength, improve your balance and develop better stability then this class is for you.

THE GRIND
The Grind is an all-in-one class that combines Drench 2.0, Core & More, KickFit combined with weight specific training to give you a roller coaster ride of exercises like never before. This full body workout gives you the best opportunity to burn calories, tone and sculpt like never before. See you in class!

DRENCH 2.0
Drench 2.0 is a new class that consists of weight specific exercises using the method of low weight high reps.  This class is a full body workout designed to sculpt, tone and shred body fat in those hard to reach areas of the body while adding lean muscle.  Burn calories while shedding pounds and leave completely DRENCHED!

OPEN GYM
Open gym is for IFF Members only to come train, hit the bag, work the core or hit the weights. Certified personal trainer Shannon Vick will be on hand if you have any questions.
